- Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage your subscription through the App Store, Google Play settings, or other integrated payment providers.
4.4. Payment Methods
- Currently, payments for subscriptions are handled via third-party platforms such as the App Store or Google Play. We reserve the right to integrate additional payment platforms in the future, including but not limited to Paddle or other payment processors. Any new payment methods will be subject to their respective terms and policies.
4.5. Refunds
- Payments for subscriptions are handled via third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play, or other integrated payment methods). Refunds are subject to the respective platform's policies. If you believe there has been an error, you can contact our support team for assistance, but refunds will typically be handled through the payment provider.

- Following the transfer to a new legal entity, there may be changes to billing practices or taxes applied to your subscription, based on the jurisdiction of the new entity. You will be informed of any changes, and your continued use of the service will confirm your agreement to these adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property and Fair Use

- All original content within the App, including techniques, exercises, methodologies, and instructional materials, is our intellectual property. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
